Detox programme “Figure adjustment” (7 nights)
Programme includes:
- Consultation with our competent health centre staff (20 min) + body mass analysis
- Blood sugar and cholesterol measurement
Tests are performed in the morning from 7:30 to 8:00 with empty stomach!

Aqua ZUMBA in the indoor pool is held on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
2 Stretching exercises (45 min). Training take a place twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Free Nordic Walking poles
Besides the procedures, the programme includes:
- Accommodation in a single or twin/double room (Check in: 16:00 Check out: 13:00)

- Unlimited access to sauna centre, pool and gym (every day during opening hours)
- Using heated outdoor pool
The outdoor pool with the purest artesian water is open for the guests of Narva-Jõesuu medical spa from April to October (daily from 10:00 to 22:00). Pool measures 16 x 8 metres and has water temperature 30°C.
