Weight loss program with FITLAP menu (5 nights)
The aim of the program is to develop new eating habits and to show that losing excess weight does not require suffering from hunger or putting yourself through hardship.
After spending time following the program during your stay, new eating habits are formed that are easy to maintain in everyday life outside the DETOX center. Weight loss occurs at a relatively gradual pace, but the lost kilos do not return, helping you move steadily toward your goal.

Program includes:
- Consultation with our competent health centre staff (20 min) + body mass analysis
- Blood sugar and cholesterol tests
Tests are performed in the morning from 7:30 to 8:00 with empty stomach!

BESIDES THE PROCEDURES, THE PROGRAM INCLUDES:

The outdoor pool with the purest artesian water is open for the guests of Narva-Jõesuu medical spa from April to October (daily from 10:00 to 22:00). Pool measures 16 x 8 metres and has water temperature 30°C.
