Weight loss program with FITLAP menu (5 nights)
Program includes:
- Consultation with our competent health centre staff (20 min) + body mass analysis
- Blood sugar and cholesterol tests
Tests are performed in the morning from 7:30 to 8:00 with empty stomach!

Stretching exercises (45 min). Training take a place twice a week, every Monday and Wednesday.
Aqua ZUMBA in the indoor pool is held three times a week, every Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday.
Nordic Walking rent is (1.5 h) – 5 €
BESIDES THE PROCEDURES, THE PROGRAM INCLUDES:

- Unlimited access to sauna centre, pool and gym (every day during opening hours)
- Using heated outdoor pool
The outdoor pool with the purest artesian water is open for the guests of Narva-Jõesuu medical spa from April to October (daily from 10:00 to 22:00). Pool measures 16 x 8 metres and has water temperature 30°C.
