Diet programme “Weight loss” (10 days)
Programme includes:
- Consultation with our competent health centre staff (20 min)
- Body mass analysis – 2 times
- Health and beauty tests package: blood sugar and cholesterol measurement, liver function test, clinical blood count, thyroid function test
Tests are performed in the morning from 7:30 to 8:00 with empty stomach!

2 Stretching exercises (45 min). Training takes place twice a week, every monday and wednesday

Besides the procedures, the programme includes:
- Accommodation in a single or twin/double room (Check in: 16:00 Check out: 13:00)

- Unlimited access to sauna centre, pool and gym (every day during opening hours)
- Using heated outdoor pool
The outdoor pool with the purest artesian water is open for the guests of Narva-Jõesuu medical spa from April to October (daily from 10:00 to 22:00). Pool measures 16 x 8 metres and has water temperature 30°C.
