Booking terms
Dear customers!
- Bookings can be made by both telephone and e-mail as well as on site with the hotel administrator.
- We reply to your bookings within 24 hours.
- A prepayment of 62€ per person applies upon booking.
- The prepayment is included in the final amount.
- Your booking is confirmed after receipt of the prepayment.
- The prepayment must be made within three calendar days.
- If the prepayment has not been made, we have the right to cancel the booking without prior notice.

Cancellation terms
If a booking is cancelled (a booked guest fails to check in to the hotel, a booked stay is discontinued, a booked treatment is cancelled, and other similar cases) due to circumstances beyond the control of Narva-Jõesuu Medical Spa, the fee paid for unused services is not subject to refund.
